乃希實本王西宏、不容我過其境、蓋爾上帝耶和華使其心志頑梗、致付爾手、有如今日、耶和華又諭我曰、我今以西宏及其地、始付於爾、據以為業、西宏率其民眾、出而攻我、戰於雅雜、我上帝耶和華付之於我、我遂擊之、爰及其子與民、取其諸邑、殲滅居民、暨厥婦孺、靡有孑遺、惟彼牲畜、與諸邑之財物、為我所得、自亞嫩谷濱之亞羅珥、及谷中之邑、至於基列、無一崇高之城、不為我所拔者、我上帝耶和華、盡付於我矣、惟亞捫人之境、即沿雅博溪之地、山中之邑、凡我上帝耶和華所禁者、爾未近之、我儕轉由巴珊之道、巴珊王噩、率其民眾咸出、與我戰於以得來、耶和華諭我曰、毋畏之、彼及其民與地、我悉付於爾手、爾待之、如昔待居希實本之亞摩利王西宏然、於是我上帝耶和華、以巴珊王噩及其民、付於我手、我擊之、至無所遺、取其諸邑、無邑不為我儕所得、邑凡六十、乃亞珥歌伯全境、即噩之國巴珊也、諸邑俱有高垣、與門及楗、此外無垣之鄉里甚眾、我滅其邑、殲厥居民、及其婦孺、如昔行於希實本王西宏者然、惟彼牲畜、與邑中財物、為我所得、當時我自約但東、亞摩利二王之手、取其土地、自亞嫩谷、至黑門山、

使地上億兆、皆知耶和華手有巨能、俾爾寅畏爾上帝耶和華、至於永世、

列邦聞之而戰慄、非利士居民因之而悽愴、以東侯伯悚惶、摩押英豪震慴、迦南居民銷鑠、驚駭恐懼、臨及其身、耶和華歟、因爾巨臂、彼皆寂然如石、俟爾之民過焉、俟爾所贖之民過焉、
