圭必不離猶大，杖必不離他兩腳之間，直等細羅來到，萬民都必歸順。

在我父的家裏有許多住處；若是沒有，我就早已告訴你們了。我去原是為你們預備地方去。我若去為你們預備了地方，就必再來接你們到我那裏去，我在哪裏，叫你們也在那裏。

若是約書亞已叫他們享了安息，後來神就不再提別的日子了。這樣看來，必另有一安息日的安息為神的子民存留。

「要給你們分地為業之人的名字是祭司以利亞撒和嫩的兒子約書亞。又要從每支派中選一個首領幫助他們。這些人的名字：猶大支派有耶孚尼的兒子迦勒。西緬支派有亞米忽的兒子示母利。便雅憫支派有基斯倫的兒子以利達。但支派有一個首領，約利的兒子布基。約瑟的子孫瑪拿西支派有一個首領，以弗的兒子漢聶。以法蓮支派有一個首領，拾弗但的兒子基母利。西布倫支派有一個首領，帕納的兒子以利撒番。以薩迦支派有一個首領，阿散的兒子帕鐵。亞設支派有一個首領，示羅米的兒子亞希忽。拿弗他利支派有一個首領，亞米忽的兒子比大黑。」這些人就是耶和華所吩咐、在迦南地把產業分給以色列人的。

你們且往示羅去，就是我先前立為我名的居所，察看我因這百姓以色列的罪惡向那地所行的如何。」耶和華說：「現在因你們行了這一切的事，我也從早起來警戒你們，你們卻不聽從；呼喚你們，你們卻不答應。所以我要向這稱為我名下、你們所倚靠的殿，與我所賜給你們和你們列祖的地施行，照我從前向示羅所行的一樣。

甚至他離棄示羅的帳幕，就是他在人間所搭的帳棚；

這人每年從本城上到示羅，敬拜祭祀萬軍之耶和華；在那裏有以利的兩個兒子何弗尼、非尼哈當耶和華的祭司。

正如你曾賜給他權柄管理凡有血氣的，叫他將永生賜給你所賜給他的人。

他們又說：「在利波拿以南，伯特利以北，在示劍大路以東的示羅，年年有耶和華的節期」；

於是王要向那右邊的說：『你們這蒙我父賜福的，可來承受那創世以來為你們所預備的國；

耶穌說：「我所喝的杯，你們必要喝；只是坐在我的左右，不是我可以賜的，乃是我父為誰預備的，就賜給誰。」
