权杖必不离开犹大，王圭必不离他两脚之间，直到细罗﹙“细罗”有古译本作“属他的那位”﹚来到，万族都要臣服他。

在我父的家里，有许多住的地方；如果没有，我怎么会告诉你们我去是要为你们预备地方呢？（下半节或译：“如果没有，我早就对你们说了，因为我去是为你们预备地方。”）我若去为你们预备地方，就必再来接你们到我那里去，好使我在哪里，你们也在哪里。

“这是要把地业分配给你们的人的名字：以利亚撒祭司和嫩的儿子约书亚。你们又要从每支派中选出一个领袖，来帮助分配地业。这些人的名字是：犹大支派有耶孚尼的儿子迦勒。西缅子孙的支派有亚米忽的儿子示母利。便雅悯支派有基斯伦的儿子以利达。但子孙的支派有一个领袖，是约利的儿子布基。约瑟的后裔，玛拿西子孙的支派有一个领袖，是以弗的儿子汉聂。以法莲子孙的支派有一个领袖，是拾弗但的儿子基母利。西布伦子孙的支派有一个领袖，是帕纳的儿子以利撒番。以萨迦子孙的支派有一个领袖，是阿散的儿子帕铁。亚设子孙的支派有一个领袖，是示罗米的儿子亚希忽。拿弗他利子孙的支派有一个领袖，是亚米忽的儿子比大黑。”这些人，就是耶和华所吩咐，把产业分给迦南地的以色列人的。

“你们可以到示罗我的地方去，就是先前我名的居所，看看我因我子民以色列的邪恶，对那地方所行的。现在，因你们行了这一切事，我不断恳切告诫你们，你们却不听；我呼唤你们，你们却不答话。”这是耶和华的宣告。“所以我从前怎样对待示罗，将来也怎样对待你们所倚靠的那称为我名下的殿，以及我赐给你们和你们列祖的地方。

他丢弃了在示罗的居所，就是他在世人中间居住的帐棚。

这人每年都从他的本城上示罗去敬拜，献祭给万军之耶和华。在示罗有以利的两个儿子，何弗尼和非尼哈，作耶和华的祭司。

正如你把管理全人类的权柄给了他，使他赐永生给你所赐给他的人。

他们又说：“看哪，每年在示罗都举行耶和华的节期；示罗就是在伯特利的北面，从伯特利上示剑的大路的东面，在利波拿的南面。”

那时，王要对右边的说：‘蒙我父赐福的，来承受创世以来为你们预备好的国吧。

他对他们说：“我的杯你们固然要喝，只是坐在我的左右，不是我可以赐的；我父预备赐给谁，就赐给谁。”
