So Joshua said to the sons of Israel,“ How long will you put off entering to take possession of the land which the Lord, the God of your fathers, has given you?

约书亚对以色列人说：“耶和华你们列祖的神所赐给你们的地，你们耽延不去得，要到几时呢？

约书亚对以色列人说：“耶和华—你们列祖的上帝所赐给你们的地，你们耽延不去得，要到几时呢？

约书亚对以色列人说：“耶和华—你们列祖的神所赐给你们的地，你们耽延不去得，要到几时呢？

约书亚对他们说：“你们等到什么时候才去占领你们祖先的上帝耶和华赐给你们的土地呢？

约书亚对以色列人说：“耶和华你们列祖的神赐给你们的地，你们迟迟不去占领，要到几时呢？

約書亞對以色列人說：「耶和華－你們列祖的神所賜給你們的地，你們躭延不去得，要到幾時呢？

約書亞對以色列人說：「耶和華－你們列祖的上帝所賜給你們的地，你們躭延不去得，要到幾時呢？

約書亞對以色列人說：「耶和華－你們列祖的神所賜給你們的地，你們躭延不去得，要到幾時呢？

約書亞對他們說：「你們等到什麼時候才去佔領你們祖先的上帝耶和華賜給你們的土地呢？

約書亞對以色列人說：“耶和華你們列祖的神賜給你們的地，你們遲遲不去佔領，要到幾時呢？

約書亞對以色列人說：『永恆主你們列祖的上帝所賜給你們的地、你們懈怠怠不進去取得它、要到幾時呢？

約書亞謂以色列族曰、爾祖之上帝耶和華予爾之地、爾遲遲不往取之、將至何時乎、

約書亞告以色列族曰、爾祖之上帝耶和華錫爾斯土、爾意寢怠、尚未能得、將俟何時乎。

約書亞謂以色列人曰、主爾祖之天主所賜爾之地、爾遲遲不往取之、將至何時、

So Joshua said to the Israelites:“ How long will you wait before you begin to take possession of the land that the Lord, the God of your ancestors, has given you?

So Joshua spoke to the Israelites. He said,“ The Lord, the God of your people, has given you this land. How long will you wait before you begin to take it over?

So Joshua said to the people of Israel,“ How long will you put off going in to take possession of the land, which the Lord, the God of your fathers, has given you?

Then Joshua asked them,“ How long are you going to wait before taking possession of the remaining land the Lord, the God of your ancestors, has given to you?

So Joshua asked the Israelites,“ How long will you delay going out to take possession of the land that the LORD, the God of your ancestors, gave you?

Then Joshua said to the children of Israel:“ How long will you neglect to go and possess the land which the Lord God of your fathers has given you?

And Joshua said unto the children of Israel, How long are ye slack to go in to possess the land, which Jehovah, the God of your fathers, hath given you?

So Joshua said to the Israelites,“ How long will you delay going out to take possession of the land that the Lord, the God of your fathers, gave you?

And Joshua said unto the children of Israel, How long[ are] ye slack to go to possess the land, which the LORD God of your fathers hath given you?

So Joshua said to the Israelites:“ How long do you intend to put off occupying the land the LORD God of your ancestors has given you?

Joshua said to the children of Israel,“ How long will you neglect to go in to possess the land, which Yahweh, the God of your fathers, has given you?

And they said,“ Arise, and let’s go up against them; for we have seen the land, and behold, it is very good. And will you sit still? Do not hesitate to go, to enter, to take possession of the land.

Poor is one who works with a lazy hand, But the hand of the diligent makes rich.

On that day it will be said to Jerusalem:“ Do not be afraid, Zion; Do not let your hands fall limp.

The way of the lazy one is like a hedge of thorns, But the path of the upright is a highway.

The soul of the lazy one craves and gets nothing, But the soul of the diligent is made prosperous.

And about the eleventh hour he went out and found others standing around; and he* said to them,‘ Why have you been standing here idle all day long?’

Therefore, brothers and sisters, be all the more diligent to make certain about His calling and choice of you; for as long as you practice these things, you will never stumble;for in this way the entrance into the eternal kingdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ will be abundantly supplied to you.

Brothers and sisters, I do not regard myself as having taken hold of it yet; but one thing I do: forgetting what lies behind and reaching forward to what lies ahead,I press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.

Make your ear attentive to wisdom; Incline your heart to understanding.For if you cry out for insight, And raise your voice for understanding;If you seek her as silver And search for her as for hidden treasures;Then you will understand the fear of the Lord, And discover the knowledge of God.For the Lord gives wisdom; From His mouth come knowledge and understanding.

Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with all your might; for there is no activity, planning, knowledge, or wisdom in Sheol where you are going.

Do not work for the food that perishes, but for the food that lasts for eternal life, which the Son of Man will give you, for on Him the Father, God, has set His seal.”
