And the border changed direction from there and turned around on the west side southward, from the hill which lies opposite Beth horon southward; and it ended at Kiriath baal( that is, Kiriath jearim), a city of the sons of Judah. This was the west side.

由此而西轉南、自伯和崙南相對之山、至猶大族之邑基列巴力、即基列耶琳、是為西境、

其界環繞此山、由西及南、自伯和倫南之山、至基烈巴力即基列耶林、猶大族之邑、此其西隅。

其界又往西、至伯和崙南之山之陽、至猶大人之邑基列巴力為極、基列巴力即基列耶琳、是為西界、

From the hill facing Beth Horon on the south the boundary turned south along the western side and came out at Kiriath Baal( that is, Kiriath Jearim), a town of the people of Judah. This was the western side.

From the hill that faces Beth Horon on the south the border turned south. Then the border went along the west side of the hill. It came to an end at Kiriath Jearim. That town belongs to the people of Judah. That was the border on the west.

Then the boundary goes in another direction, turning on the western side southward from the mountain that lies to the south, opposite Beth-horon, and it ends at Kiriath-baal( that is, Kiriath-jearim), a city belonging to the people of Judah. This forms the western side.

The boundary then made a turn and swung south along the western edge of the hill facing Beth horon, ending at the village of Kiriath baal( that is, Kiriath jearim), a town belonging to the tribe of Judah. This was the western boundary.

On the west side, from the hill facing Beth-horon on the south, the border curved, turning southward, and ended at Kiriath-baal( that is, Kiriath-jearim), a city of the descendants of Judah. This was the west side of their border.

Then the border extended around the west side to the south, from the hill that lies before Beth Horon southward; and it ended at Kirjath Baal( which is Kirjath Jearim), a city of the children of Judah. This was the west side.

And the border extended thence, and turned about on the west quarter southward, from the mountain that lieth before Beth- horon southward; and the goings out thereof were at Kiriath- baal( the same is Kiriath- jearim), a city of the children of Judah: this was the west quarter.

On the west side, from the hill facing Beth-horon on the south, the border curved, turning southward, and ended at Kiriath-baal( that is, Kiriath-jearim), a city of the descendants of Judah. This was the west side of their border.

And the border was drawn[ thence], and compassed the corner of the sea southward, from the hill that[ lieth] before Bethhoron southward; and the goings out thereof were at Kirjathbaal, which[ is] Kirjathjearim, a city of the children of Judah: this[ was] the west quarter.

It then turned on the west side southward from the hill near Beth Horon on the south and extended to Kiriath Baal( that is, Kiriath Jearim), a city belonging to the tribe of Judah. This is the western border.

The border extended, and turned around on the west quarter southward, from the mountain that lies before Beth Horon southward; and ended at Kiriath Baal( also called Kiriath Jearim), a city of the children of Judah. This was the west quarter.

And from the top of the mountain the border turned to the spring of the waters of Nephtoah and proceeded to the cities of Mount Ephron, then the border turned to Baalah( that is, Kiriath jearim).

And David departed from Baale judah, with all the people who were with him, to bring up from there the ark of God which is called by the Name, the very name of the Lord of armies who is enthroned above the cherubim.

Kiriath baal( that is, Kiriath jearim), and Rabbah; two cities with their villages.

So David assembled all Israel together, from the Shihor of Egypt to the entrance of Hamath, to bring the ark of God from Kiriath jearim.David and all Israel went up to Baalah, that is, to Kiriath jearim, which belongs to Judah, to bring up from there the ark of God, the Lord who is enthroned above the cherubim, where His name is called.

And the men of Kiriath jearim came and took the ark of the Lord and brought it into the house of Abinadab on the hill, and they consecrated his son Eleazar to watch over the ark of the Lord.From the day that the ark remained at Kiriath jearim, the time was long, for it was twenty years; and all the house of Israel mourned after the Lord.
