And goeth out from Bethel to Luz, and passeth along unto the borders of Archi to Ataroth,

又從伯特利，即路斯，沿著亞基人的邊境，直到亞他綠，

又從伯特利到路斯，經過亞基人的境界亞他綠，

界線又從伯特利、路斯伸出，過到亞基人的境界亞他綠，

自伯特利至路斯、沿亞基界、至亞他綠、

自伯特利至路斯、沿亞其界、至亞大錄、

又自伯特利至路斯、沿亞基界至亞他綠、

It went on from Bethel( that is, Luz), crossed over to the territory of the Arkites in Ataroth,

Bethel is also called Luz. From Bethel the border crossed over to Ataroth. That’s where the Arkites live.

Then going from Bethel to Luz, it passes along to Ataroth, the territory of the Archites.

From Bethel( that is, Luz) it ran over to Ataroth in the territory of the Arkites.

From Bethel it went to Luz and proceeded to the border of the Archites by Ataroth.

It went from Bethel to Luz, and continued to the border of the Archites at Ataroth.

then went out from Bethel to Luz, passed along to the border of the Archites at Ataroth,

and it went out from Beth- el to Luz, and passed along unto the border of the Archites to Ataroth;

From Bethel it went to Luz and proceeded to the border of the Archites by Ataroth.

The southern border extended from Bethel to Luz, and crossed to Arkite territory at Ataroth.

It went out from Bethel to Luz, and passed along to the border of the Archites to Ataroth;

And the border went over from thence toward Luz, to the side of Luz, which[ is] Bethel, southward; and the border descended to Atarothadar, near the hill that[ lieth] on the south side of the nether Bethhoron.

And he called the name of that place Bethel: but the name of that city[ was called] Luz at the first.

And it came to pass, when Hushai the Archite, David’s friend, was come unto Absalom, that Hushai said unto Absalom, God save the king, God save the king.

And Ahithophel[ was] the king’s counsellor: and Hushai the Archite[ was] the king’s companion:

And the house of Joseph, they also went up against Bethel: and the LORD[ was] with them.And the house of Joseph sent to descry Bethel.( Now the name of the city before[ was] Luz.)And the spies saw a man come forth out of the city, and they said unto him, Shew us, we pray thee, the entrance into the city, and we will shew thee mercy.And when he shewed them the entrance into the city, they smote the city with the edge of the sword; but they let go the man and all his family.And the man went into the land of the Hittites, and built a city, and called the name thereof Luz: which[ is] the name thereof unto this day.
