A delegation from the tribe of Judah, led by Caleb son of Jephunneh the Kenizzite, came to Joshua at Gilgal. Caleb said to Joshua,“ Remember what the Lord said to Moses, the man of God, about you and me when we were at Kadesh barnea.

The descendants of Judah approached Joshua at Gilgal, and Caleb son of Jephunneh the Kenizzite said to him,“ You know what the LORD promised Moses the man of God at Kadesh-barnea about you and me.

Then the sons of Judah approached Joshua in Gilgal, and Caleb the son of Jephunneh the Kenizzite said to him,“ You know the word which the Lord spoke to Moses the man of God on account of you and me in Kadesh barnea.

Then the children of Judah came to Joshua in Gilgal. And Caleb the son of Jephunneh the Kenizzite said to him:“ You know the word which the Lord said to Moses the man of God concerning you and me in Kadesh Barnea.

Then the children of Judah drew nigh unto Joshua in Gilgal: and Caleb the son of Jephunneh the Kenizzite said unto him, Thou knowest the thing that Jehovah spake unto Moses the man of God concerning me and concerning thee in Kadesh- barnea.

The descendants of Judah approached Joshua at Gilgal, and Caleb son of Jephunneh the Kenizzite said to him,“ You know what the Lord promised Moses the man of God at Kadesh-barnea about you and me.

Then the children of Judah came unto Joshua in Gilgal: and Caleb the son of Jephunneh the Kenezite said unto him, Thou knowest the thing that the LORD said unto Moses the man of God concerning me and thee in Kadeshbarnea.

The men of Judah approached Joshua in Gilgal, and Caleb son of Jephunneh the Kenizzite said to him,“ You know what the LORD said about you and me to Moses, the man of God, at Kadesh Barnea.

Then the children of Judah came near to Joshua in Gilgal. Caleb the son of Jephunneh the Kenizzite said to him,“ You know the thing that Yahweh spoke to Moses the man of God concerning me and concerning you in Kadesh Barnea.

惟獨我的僕人迦勒，因他另有一個心志，專心跟從我，我要領他進入他所去過的那地；他的後裔必得那地為業。

必不得進我所起誓應許給你們居住的那地。惟有耶孚尼的兒子迦勒和嫩的兒子約書亞才能進去。

屬猶大支派的，耶孚尼的兒子迦勒。

所以希伯崙成了基尼洗族耶孚尼的兒子迦勒的產業，直到今日，因為他專心跟從耶和華－以色列的上帝。

惟有基尼洗族耶孚尼的兒子迦勒，還有嫩的兒子約書亞可以看見，因為他們專心跟從耶和華。』

他們來到巴蘭曠野的加低斯，摩西、亞倫，以及以色列全會眾那裏，向他們和全會眾報告，又把那地的果子給他們看。

窺探那地的人中，嫩的兒子約書亞和耶孚尼的兒子迦勒撕裂衣服，

迦勒兄弟基納斯的兒子俄陀聶奪取了那城，迦勒就把女兒押撒嫁給他。

以利沙來到大馬士革，亞蘭王便‧哈達正患病。有人告訴王說：「神人來到這裏了。」

惟有耶孚尼的兒子迦勒必得看見，並且我要將他所踏過的地賜給他和他的子孫，因為他專心跟從我。』耶和華也因你們的緣故向我發怒，說：『你也不得進入那地。那侍候你，嫩的兒子約書亞必得進入那地。你要勉勵他，因為他要使以色列承受那地為業。

於是約書亞和跟他一起的以色列眾人回到吉甲的營中。

主啊，你世世代代作我們的居所。

叫屬上帝的人得以完全，預備行各樣的善事。

以後，以色列中再沒有興起一位先知像摩西的，他是耶和華面對面所認識的。

但我的僕人摩西不是這樣，他在我全家是盡忠的。我與他面對面說話，清清楚楚，不用謎語，他甚至看見我的形像。你們為何批評我的僕人摩西而不懼怕呢？」

看哪，有一個神人遵照耶和華的話從猶大來到伯特利。耶羅波安正站在壇旁燒香；

於是耶和華的僕人摩西死在摩押地那裏，正如耶和華所說的。

去追神人，遇見神人坐在橡樹底下，就對他說：「你是不是從猶大來的神人？」他說：「是我。」

但你這屬上帝的人哪，要逃避這些事；要追求公義、敬虔、信心、愛心、忍耐、溫柔。

有一個人從巴力‧沙利沙來，帶着初熟果子的食物、二十個大麥做的餅和新麥穗，裝在袋子裏送給神人。神人說：「把這些給大家吃。」

神人定睛看着哈薛，直到他感到羞愧。神人就哭了。

正月初十，百姓從約旦河上來，就在耶利哥東邊的吉甲安營。

這是神人摩西未死以前為以色列人的祝福。

那婦人來對丈夫說：「有一個神人到我這裏來，他的容貌如上帝使者的容貌，非常可畏。我沒有問他從哪裏來，他也沒有把他的名字告訴我。他對我說：『看哪，你要懷孕，生一個兒子。現在，清酒烈酒都不可喝，任何不潔之物都不可吃，因為這孩子從出母胎一直到死的那一天，要歸給上帝作拿細耳人。』」瑪挪亞祈求耶和華說：「主啊，求你再差遣那神人到我們這裏來，指示我們對這將要生的孩子該怎樣作。」

婦人對丈夫說：「看哪，我知道那常從我們這裏經過的是神聖的神人。

以利沙說：「明年這時候，你必抱一個兒子。」她說：「神人，我主啊，不要這樣欺哄婢女。」
