The territory from Aroer on the rim of the Arnon Gorge, and from the town in the middle of the gorge, and the whole plateau past Medeba

Their territory starts at Aroer on the rim of the Arnon River valley. It includes the town in the middle of the valley. It includes all of the high plains near Medeba.

So their territory was from Aroer, which is on the edge of the Valley of the Arnon, and the city that is in the middle of the valley, and all the tableland by Medeba;

Their territory extended from Aroer on the edge of the Arnon Gorge( including the town in the middle of the gorge) to the plain beyond Medeba.

希实本人和以利亚利人都哭喊，声音一直传到雅杂，因此摩押的战士大声喊叫，胆战心惊。

以下是关于摩押的预言：摩押的亚珥城必在一夜之间被摧毁，沦为废墟；摩押的基珥城必在一夜之间被摧毁，沦为废墟。底本城的人上到神庙，到他们的丘坛痛哭。摩押人都剃光头发，刮掉胡须，为尼波和米底巴城哀号。

摩西就把亚摩利王西宏和巴珊王噩的国土及周围的城邑都给了迦得的子孙、吕便的子孙和约瑟儿子玛拿西的半个支派。迦得的子孙重建了底本、亚他录、亚罗珥、亚他录·朔反、雅谢、约比哈、伯·宁拉和伯·哈兰，使之成为坚固的城池，并建了羊圈。吕便的子孙重建了希实本、以利亚利、基列亭、尼波、巴力·免和西比玛。他们为重建的城邑起了新名字，如尼波和巴力·免。

他们必为摩押哀哭，人人都必哀哭，为不再有吉珥·哈列设的美味葡萄饼而哀叹、悲伤。因为希实本的农田荒废，西比玛的葡萄树枯萎。各国的君王都来践踏这些上好的葡萄树。它们的枝子曾经伸展到雅谢和旷野，嫩枝一直蔓延到死海。因此，我像雅谢人一样为西比玛的葡萄树哀哭。希实本和以利亚利啊，我用眼泪来浇灌你们，因为再无人为你们的果品和庄稼而欢呼了。
