to the Canaanites in the east and west; to the Amorites, Hittites, Perizzites and Jebusites in the hill country; and to the Hivites below Hermon in the region of Mizpah.

Jabin sent the same message to the people of east Canaan and west Canaan. He sent it to the Amorites, Hittites, Perizzites and Jebusites. They lived in the central hill country. He also sent it to the Hivites who lived below Mount Hermon in the area of Mizpah.

以色列人说：“以色列各支派中，谁没有同会众一起上到耶和华那里呢？”因为以色列人曾起重誓说：“凡不上米斯巴到耶和华那里的，必被处死。”

至于我，我要住在米斯巴，侍候那些到我们这里来的迦勒底人；只是你们当积蓄酒、油和夏天的果子，收藏在器皿里，并住在你们所占的城镇中。”

以色列人住在迦南人、赫人、亚摩利人、比利洗人、希未人、耶布斯人中间，

我的新娘，请你与我一同离开黎巴嫩，与我一同离开黎巴嫩。从亚玛拿山巅，从示尼珥，就是黑门山顶，从狮子的洞，从豹子的山往下观看。

南北为你所创造；他泊和黑门都因你的名欢呼。

天使向耶路撒冷伸手要毁灭这城的时候，耶和华改变心意，不降那灾难，就对那在百姓中施行毁灭的天使说：“够了！住手吧！”耶和华的使者正在耶布斯人亚劳拿的禾场那里。

又好比黑门的甘露降在锡安山；因为在那里有耶和华所命定的福，就是永远的生命。

以实玛利把所有在米斯巴与基大利一起的犹大人，以及他们在那里所遇见的迦勒底人和士兵都杀了。

他们又说：“以色列支派中谁没有上米斯巴到耶和华那里呢？”看哪，基列的雅比没有一人进营到会众那里，

于是亚撒王向犹大众人宣布，不准任何人推辞，吩咐他们运走巴沙修筑拉玛所用的石头和木料。亚撒王用它们来修筑便雅悯的迦巴和米斯巴。

“耶和华—你的神领你进入你要得为业之地，从你面前赶出许多国家，就是比你更强大的七个国家：赫人、革迦撒人、亚摩利人、迦南人、比利洗人、希未人、耶布斯人。

耶利米就来到米斯巴，亚希甘的儿子基大利那里去，与他同住，住在留于境内的百姓当中。

于是以色列众人从但到别是巴，以及从基列地出来，如同一人，聚集在米斯巴耶和华那里。

至于所有剩下的百姓，不属以色列人的亚摩利人、赫人、比利洗人、希未人、耶布斯人，
