我觀看，見有一匹白馬；騎在馬上的拿著弓，有冠冕賜給他，他就出去，得勝並且要再得勝。

願稱讚神的話常在他們口中；願他們手裡拿著兩刃的劍，為要報復列國，懲罰萬民；用鎖鍊捆住他們的君王，用鐵鐐鎖住他們的權貴，要在他們身上施行記錄在冊上的審判。這就是他所有聖民的尊榮。你們要讚美耶和華。

主在你右邊，在他發怒的日子，必剿滅列王。他必在列國中施行審判，屍首就遍滿各處；他要剿滅地上各處的首領。

小山和大山上的喧嚷，真是徒然的，以色列的救恩誠然在於耶和華我們的神。

這族人人數眾多，身體高大，像亞衲族人一樣；但耶和華從亞捫人面前消滅了他們，亞捫人就佔領了他們的地業，住在那裡，

猶大照著摩西的吩咐，把希伯崙給了迦勒；迦勒就從那裡趕走亞衲子孫的三族。

我不是在他們面前把亞摩利人消滅了嗎？亞摩利人雖像香柏樹高大，像橡樹那樣堅固；我卻要滅絕它樹上的果子，拔除樹下的根。

現在求你把耶和華那日所應許的這山地賜給我；因為那天你也曾聽見那裡有亞衲人，又有寬大堅固的城；也許耶和華與我同在，我就可以把他們趕出去，正如耶和華所應許的。”於是約書亞給迦勒祝福，把希伯崙賜給了耶孚尼的兒子迦勒作產業。因此，希伯崙成了基尼洗人耶孚尼的兒子迦勒的產業，直到今日；因為他完全順從耶和華以色列的神。

我觀看，見天開了。有一匹白馬，那騎馬的稱為“忠信”和“真實”；他按著公義審判和作戰。他的眼睛好像火燄，頭上戴著許多皇冠，他身上寫著一個名字，這名字除了他自己沒有人認識。他身穿一件浸過血的衣服，他的名字稱為“神的道”。天上的眾軍，都騎著白馬，穿著潔白的細麻衣，跟隨著他。有一把利劍從他口中吐出來，他要用這劍擊打列國，他必用鐵杖治理他們；並且還要踹全能神烈怒的壓酒池。在他的衣服和大腿上，寫著“萬王之王，萬主之主”的名號。我又看見一位天使站在太陽中，向高空所有的飛鳥大聲呼喊說：“你們來吧！齊集起來赴神的大筵席！可以吃君王的肉、將領的肉、壯士的肉，馬和騎士的肉，以及自由的、作奴隸的、大的、小的，所有人的肉。”我看見那獸和地上的眾王，以及他們的眾軍，都集合起來，要跟那騎白馬的和他的眾軍作戰。那獸被捉住了；連同在獸面前用奇事迷惑人，使他們接受獸的記號，並且拜獸像的那假先知，也一起被捉住了。他們兩個就活活地被拋在燒著硫磺的火湖裡去。其餘的人都被那位騎白馬的口中所吐出來的劍殺了。所有飛鳥都吃飽了他們的肉。

約書亞在這一次戰役中擊敗了這些王和佔領了他們的地，是因為耶和華以色列的神為以色列作戰。

在那裡我們看見了巨人，就是亞衲人的子孫，是巨人的後裔；我們看自己好像是蚱蜢，他們看我們也是這樣。”

耶和華這樣說：“智慧人不可誇耀自己的智慧，勇士不可誇耀自己的勇力，財主不可誇耀自己的財富。

你們過了約旦河，來到耶利哥；耶利哥的居民與你們作戰，還有亞摩利人、比利洗人、迦南人、赫人、革迦撒人、希未人、耶布斯人，也跟你們作戰；我把他們都交在你們手裡。我派了黃蜂飛在你們前面，把亞摩利人的兩個王從你們面前趕走，並不是用你的刀，也不是用你的弓。
