The LORD said to Joshua,“ Do not be afraid of them, for I have handed them over to you. Not one of them will be able to stand against you.”

The Lord said to Joshua,“ Do not be afraid of them; I have given them into your hand. Not one of them will be able to withstand you.”

The Lord said to Joshua,“ Do not be afraid of them. I have handed them over to you. Not one of them will be able to fight against you and win.”

And the Lord said to Joshua,“ Do not fear them, for I have given them into your hands. Not a man of them shall stand before you.”

“ Do not be afraid of them,” the Lord said to Joshua,“ for I have given you victory over them. Not a single one of them will be able to stand up to you.”

And Jehovah said unto Joshua, Fear them not: for I have delivered them into thy hands; there shall not a man of them stand before thee.

What, then, are we to say about these things? If God is for us, who is against us?

Do not fear, for I am with you; do not be afraid, for I am your God. I will strengthen you; I will help you; I will hold on to you with my righteous right hand.Be sure that all who are enraged against you will be ashamed and disgraced; those who contend with you will become as nothing and will perish.You will look for those who contend with you, but you will not find them. Those who war against you will become absolutely nothing.For I am the LORD your God, who holds your right hand, who says to you,“ Do not fear, I will help you.Do not fear, you worm Jacob, you men of Israel. I will help you”— this is the LORD’s declaration. Your Redeemer is the Holy One of Israel.See, I will make you into a sharp threshing board, new, with many teeth. You will thresh mountains and pulverize them and make hills into chaff.

The LORD is my light and my salvation— whom should I fear? The LORD is the stronghold of my life— whom should I dread?When evildoers came against me to devour my flesh, my foes and my enemies stumbled and fell.

The LORD said to Joshua,“ Do not be afraid of them, for at this time tomorrow I will cause all of them to be killed before Israel. You are to hamstring their horses and burn their chariots.”

No one will be able to stand against you as long as you live. I will be with you, just as I was with Moses. I will not leave you or abandon you.“ Be strong and courageous, for you will distribute the land I swore to their ancestors to give them as an inheritance.Above all, be strong and very courageous to observe carefully the whole instruction my servant Moses commanded you. Do not turn from it to the right or the left, so that you will have success wherever you go.This book of instruction must not depart from your mouth; you are to meditate on it day and night so that you may carefully observe everything written in it. For then you will prosper and succeed in whatever you do.Haven’t I commanded you: be strong and courageous? Do not be afraid or discouraged, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go.”

The LORD said to Joshua,“ Do not be afraid or discouraged. Take all the troops with you and go attack Ai. Look, I have handed over to you the king of Ai, his people, city, and land.

Then Deborah said to Barak,“ Go! This is the day the LORD has handed Sisera over to you. Hasn’t the LORD gone before you?” So Barak came down from Mount Tabor with ten thousand men following him.The LORD threw Sisera, all his charioteers, and all his army into a panic before Barak’s assault. Sisera left his chariot and fled on foot.

“ When you go out to war against your enemies and see horses, chariots, and an army larger than yours, do not be afraid of them, for the LORD your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, is with you.When you are about to engage in battle, the priest is to come forward and address the army.He is to say to them,‘ Listen, Israel: Today you are about to engage in battle with your enemies. Do not be cowardly. Do not be afraid, alarmed, or terrified because of them.For the LORD your God is the one who goes with you to fight for you against your enemies to give you victory.’
