耶穌回答他們說：『我實在告訴你們，你們若有信心，不疑惑，不但能行無花果樹所遭遇的事，就使對這座山說：「你被拔起來，拋在海裏」，也必成就的。凡你們禱告、無論求甚麼，只要相信，就必得着。』

耶穌回答他們說：『你們對上帝應當有信心，我實在告訴你們，無論誰對這座山說：「你當被拔起來，拋在海裏」，他心裏不疑惑，只信他所說的已在成事，就必給他作成。故此我告訴你們，凡你們所禱告和所求的一切事，只要信你們得着了，就必給你們。

希西家說：『日影向前斜照十步比較容易；不，我要日影往後退十步。』神言人以賽亞向永恆主呼求，永恆主就使臺階上的日影、在亞哈斯臺階上所照下的、往後退了十步。
