若有犯摩西律法者、二三人作證、必殺之無赦、況蹂躪天主之子、以使人成聖之約之血為不潔、又侮慢施恩之聖神、爾意其人應受之刑、當如何重哉、

至於我敵、不欲我君之者、可曳之來、誅於我前、○

兄弟乎、我尚有餘言、爾當賴主、恃其大力而剛健、

有人擅敢不聽從祭司、即侍立在彼以奉事主爾之天主者、或不聽從士師、其人必當治死、如是、除惡於以色列人中、

當警醒卓立於信、為丈夫、且剛強、

居上位秉權者、人人當服之、蓋無權非由天主、凡秉權者皆天主所命、故抗秉權者、乃逆天主命、逆者自取罪戾、有司非使行善者畏、乃使行惡者畏、爾欲不畏秉權者乎、惟行善、則可得其褒獎、秉權者、天主之僕也、原以益爾、爾若行惡、則誠可畏、蓋彼不徒操生殺之權、操生殺之權原文作文作操刀乃為天主之僕、嚴加刑於作惡之人、故當服之、非但畏刑之故、亦因良心使然也、
