until the Lord gives them rest, as he has done for you, and until they too have taken possession of the land the Lord your God is giving them. After that, you may go back and occupy your own land, which Moses the servant of the Lord gave you east of the Jordan toward the sunrise.”

until the Lord gives them rest. In the same way, he has already given you rest. You must help them until they also have taken over their land. It’s the land the Lord your God is giving them. After that, you can come back here. Then you can live in your own land. It’s the land that Moses, the servant of the Lord, gave you east of the Jordan River. It’s toward the sunrise.”

Then you shall return to the land of your possession and shall possess it, the land that Moses the servant of the Lord gave you beyond the Jordan toward the sunrise.”

不輕浮無禮；不自私自利，不輕易動怒，不懷怨記恨；

現在你們的上帝耶和華已經照祂的應許使你們的弟兄安居，你們可以回到約旦河東，到摩西賜給你們作產業的地方。不過，你們要謹遵耶和華的僕人摩西吩咐你們的誡命和律法，要愛你們的上帝耶和華，遵行祂的旨意，聽從祂的命令，忠於祂，全心全意地事奉祂。」於是，約書亞為他們祝福，送他們回去，他們就各自返回家園去了。摩西已經在巴珊把土地分給了瑪拿西半個支派，約書亞把約旦河西的土地分給了瑪拿西另外的半個支派及其他支派。約書亞派他們回家的時候，為他們祝福，說：「現在你們帶著大量的財物、牲畜、金銀、銅、鐵和衣物返回家園，要把從敵人那裡得來的財物分給你們的弟兄。」於是，呂便、迦得和瑪拿西半個支派的人便離開在迦南的示羅的以色列人，返回耶和華藉摩西分配給他們的基列。

各人不要只顧自己的事，也要為別人的需要著想。

如果身體某個肢體感到痛苦，全身也一同受苦。如果某個肢體得到榮耀，全身也一同喜樂。

弟兄姊妹，你們蒙召得了自由，但不要以自由為藉口來放縱情慾，要本著愛心互相服侍，

讓他們留在堅固的城內，免受當地居民的威脅。然後我們必拿起兵器率先上陣，直到幫其他以色列同胞奪取他們的土地。在其他同胞佔領各自的產業之前，我們決不回家。但我們不會跟他們在約旦河西岸分土地，我們只想要約旦河東岸之地作產業。」摩西說：「如果你們信守承諾，拿起兵器在耶和華面前出戰，你們全軍就要在耶和華面前渡過約旦河，直到祂趕走祂面前的仇敵，征服那地方。之後，你們才可以回家，才算在耶和華和以色列人面前盡了自己的責任，這地方就在耶和華面前歸給你們作產業。

因為對我來說，活著是為了基督，死了也有益處。如果活在世上，我可以做工，多結果子。我真不知道該怎麼選擇！我處在兩難之間。我情願離開世界，與基督在一起，那實在是再好不過了。可是為了你們，我應該活在世上。我既然對此深信不疑，就知道自己仍要活下去，繼續跟你們在一起，好使你們在信仰上又長進又充滿喜樂。這樣，我再到你們那裡的時候，你們可以因為我的緣故更加以基督耶穌為榮。

你們要分擔彼此的重擔，這樣就成全了基督的律法。
