時、我在亞哈瓦河濱、宣告禁食、在我上帝前自卑、求其使我及幼稚、與凡所有、俱得坦途、

遂召加利亞子約哈難、與所偕之軍長、以及庶民、自尊逮卑、

挪亞以信而得示以未見之事、寅畏而備方舟、以救其家、由此而罪世、且得依信之義也、

故諸君宜安爾心、我信上帝、我儕所遇者、必如所言也、

夫信為所望者之基、未見者之據、

自少至老皆聽之、曰、此人即所謂上帝之大能也、
