那些素來苦待你的人，他們的子孫都必屈身來到你那裡；所有藐視你的，都要在你的腳下跪拜；他們要稱你為耶和華的城、以色列聖者的錫安。

示巴人忽然來侵襲，把牛驢擄去，又用刀殺了僕人，只有我一個人逃脫，來向你報告。”

如果不是他們的磐石把他們出賣了，如果不是耶和華把他們交出來，一人怎能追趕一千人，二人怎能使萬人逃跑呢？

底波拉回答：“我必與你同去，只是你這次行程就沒有光榮；因為耶和華要把西西拉交在一個婦人手裡。”於是底波拉起來，與巴拉一同到基低斯去了。

耶和華憐憫雅各，再揀選以色列，使他們安居在自己的國土上的時候，外族人必與他們聯合，歸屬於雅各家。以色列人必把他們帶回自己的國土去，以色列家必在耶和華所賜的地上得著這些外族人作僕婢；也要擄掠那些擄掠過他們的，並且統治那些欺壓過他們的。

從示巴來的乳香，從遠地出的菖蒲，獻給我有甚麼益處呢？你們的燔祭不蒙悅納，你們的祭祀我不喜悅。”

在那裡有安逸無憂的群眾發出喧嘩的聲音，有粗俗的人和酒徒從曠野而來，他們把手環戴在兩個婦人的手上，把美麗的冠冕戴在她們頭上。

耶和華的怒氣向以色列人發作，就把他們交在搶掠的人手中，他們就搶掠他們；他又把他們完全交在他們四圍的仇敵手中，以致他們在仇敵面前再不能站立得住。

因此耶和華把他們交在迦南王耶賓手中，耶賓那時在夏瑣作王；他的軍長西西拉，住在夏羅設歌印。
