The Lord will roar from Zion and thunder from Jerusalem; the earth and the heavens will tremble. But the Lord will be a refuge for his people, a stronghold for the people of Israel.

“所以你要向他们预言这一切的话，攻击他们，说：‘耶和华必从高天吼叫，从圣所发声，向自己的羊群大声吼叫；他要向地上一切的居民呐喊，像踹葡萄的一样。必有响声达到地极，因为耶和华与列国相争；凡有血气的，他必审问；至于恶人，他必交给刀剑。这是耶和华说的。’”

因为你作过我的避难所，作过我的坚固台，脱离仇敌。

耶和华必像勇士出去，必像战士激动热心，要喊叫，大声呐喊，要用大力攻击仇敌。

我将我的话传给你，用我的手影遮蔽你，为要栽定诸天，立定地基，又对锡安说：你是我的百姓。”

我发愤恨和烈怒如火说：那日在以色列地必有大震动，

耶和华的名是坚固台；义人奔入便得安稳。

他必居高处；他的保障是磐石的坚垒；他的粮必不缺乏；他的水必不断绝。

在那里，耶和华必显威严与我们同在，当作江河宽阔之地；其中必没有荡桨摇橹的船来往，也没有威武的船经过。

“耶和华必如狮子吼叫，子民必跟随他。他一吼叫，他们就从西方急速而来。

耶和华是我的岩石，我的山寨，我的救主，我的神，我的磐石，我所投靠的。他是我的盾牌，是拯救我的角，是我的高台。

神是我们的避难所，是我们的力量，是我们在患难中随时的帮助。所以，地虽改变，山虽摇动到海心，其中的水虽砰訇翻腾，山虽因海涨而战抖，我们也不害怕。细拉有一道河，这河的分汊使神的城欢喜；这城就是至高者居住的圣所。神在其中，城必不动摇；到天一亮，神必帮助这城。外邦喧嚷，列国动摇；神发声，地便熔化。万军之耶和华与我们同在；雅各的神是我们的避难所！细拉你们来看耶和华的作为，看他使地怎样荒凉。他止息刀兵，直到地极；他折弓、断枪，把战车焚烧在火中。你们要休息，要知道我是神！我必在外邦中被尊崇，在遍地上也被尊崇。万军之耶和华与我们同在；雅各的神是我们的避难所！

以色列的大能者必不致说谎，也不致后悔；因为他迥非世人，决不后悔。”

住在至高者隐密处的，必住在全能者的荫下。我要论到耶和华说：“他是我的避难所，是我的山寨，是我的神，是我所倚靠的。”

耶和华必赐力量给他的百姓；耶和华必赐平安的福给他的百姓。

狮子吼叫，谁不惧怕呢？主耶和华发命，谁能不说预言呢？”

正在那时候，地大震动，城就倒塌了十分之一，因地震而死的有七千人；其余的都恐惧，归荣耀给天上的神。

又有闪电、声音、雷轰、大地震，自从地上有人以来，没有这样大、这样厉害的地震。

当时他的声音震动了地，但如今他应许说：“再一次我不单要震动地，还要震动天。”

犹大的族长必心里说：‘耶路撒冷的居民倚靠万军之耶和华他们的神，就作我们的能力。’“那日，我必使犹大的族长如火盆在木柴中，又如火把在禾捆里；他们必左右烧灭四围列国的民。耶路撒冷人必仍住本处，就是耶路撒冷。“耶和华必先拯救犹大的帐棚，免得大卫家的荣耀和耶路撒冷居民的荣耀胜过犹大。那日，耶和华必保护耶路撒冷的居民。他们中间软弱的必如大卫；大卫的家必如神，如行在他们前面之耶和华的使者。

“我要坚固犹大家，拯救约瑟家，要领他们归回。我要怜恤他们；他们必像未曾弃绝的一样，都因我是耶和华他们的神，我必应允他们的祷告。

我必使他们倚靠我，得以坚固；一举一动必奉我的名。”这是耶和华说的。

我的公义临近；我的救恩发出。我的膀臂要审判万民；海岛都要等候我，倚赖我的膀臂。你们要向天举目，观看下地；因为天必像烟云消散，地必如衣服渐渐旧了；其上的居民也要如此死亡。惟有我的救恩永远长存；我的公义也不废掉。

当时，神天上的殿开了，在他殿中现出他的约柜。随后有闪电、声音、雷轰、地震、大雹。
