有一位天使从殿中出来，扬声向坐在云上的那位说：“挥动你的镰刀收割吧！地上的庄稼已经熟透了，可以收割了。”于是，坐在云上的那位便向大地挥动镰刀，把地上的庄稼都收割了。另一位天使手里也拿着锋利的镰刀从天上的殿中出来。又有一位掌管烈火的天使从祭坛那里出来，对手拿镰刀的天使高喊：“挥动你锋利的镰刀，收取地上葡萄树的果实吧！它们已经熟透了。”于是，那天使挥动镰刀，收取了地上的葡萄，抛到上帝烈怒的大榨酒池中。葡萄在城外的榨酒池中被踩踏，血从榨酒池中涌出，高至马的嚼环，流了三百公里远。

庄稼成熟后，他就拿起镰刀来收割，因为收成的时候到了。”

“我独自在榨酒池踩踏，万民中无人跟我在一起。我在愤怒中踩踏他们，在烈怒中践踏他们；他们的血溅到我的衣服上，染红了我的衣服。

犹大啊，你必得到我给你定的下场。

以色列的上帝——万军之耶和华说：“巴比伦城快要被毁灭了，它要被夷为平地，好像被踏平的麦场一样。”

撒毒麦的仇敌就是魔鬼。收割的日子便是世界的末日，收割的工人就是天使。

耶和华说：“所多玛和蛾摩拉罪恶深重，人们怨声载道。

“主藐视我所有的勇士，召集军队攻击我，打垮我的青年。主践踏犹大人，如同在榨酒池踩踏。

“从收割那天开始算起，你们要算出七周的时间。

所多玛人极其邪恶，在耶和华眼中罪恶滔天。

到了第四代，你的子孙必重回此地，因为亚摩利人现在还没有恶贯满盈。”
