Citizens of Zion, rejoice! Be glad because of what the LORD your God has done! For he has given to you the early rains as vindication. He has sent to you the rains– both the early and the late rains as formerly.

“锡安的民哪，你们要快乐，为耶和华你们的神欢喜；因他赐给你们合宜的秋雨，为你们降下甘霖，就是秋雨、春雨，和先前一样。

“锡安的民哪，你们要欢喜，要因耶和华—你们的神快乐；因他赏赐你们合宜的秋雨，为你们降下甘霖，秋雨和春雨，和先前一样。

锡安的人民啊，你们应当欢喜快乐，从你们的上帝耶和华那里得到喜乐。因为祂按时降下甘霖，像从前一样赐给你们秋雨、春雨。

锡安的人民哪！你们要欢喜，要靠耶和华你们的神快乐，因为他赐给了你们合时的秋雨。他给你们降下时雨，就是秋雨春雨，像以前一样。

錫安的民哪，你們要快樂，為耶和華－你們的神歡喜；因他賜給你們合宜的秋雨，為你們降下甘霖，就是秋雨、春雨，和先前一樣。

『錫安的子民哪，要快樂，要靠着永恆主你們的上帝來歡喜；因為他賜給你們秋霖以顯義氣，他給你們降下甘霖，就是秋霖春雨、像先前一樣。

錫安之子女歟、爾其歡欣、因爾上帝耶和華而喜樂、以其錫爾秋雨、適合其宜、為爾降甘霖、即春雨秋雨、同乎疇昔、

郇邑之民、賴爾之上帝耶和華、欣喜懽忭、春雨秋霖、無不時若、同於前日、我使之然、

郇邑之民、當因主爾之天主、欣喜歡樂、因主賜爾及時之雨、為爾降春雨秋霖、與前日無異、

Be glad, people of Zion, rejoice in the Lord your God, for he has given you the autumn rains because he is faithful. He sends you abundant showers, both autumn and spring rains, as before.

People of Zion, be glad. Be joyful because of what the Lord your God has done. He has given you the right amount of rain in the fall. That’s because he is faithful. He has sent you plenty of showers. He has sent fall and spring rains alike, just as he did before.

“ Be glad, O children of Zion, and rejoice in the Lord your God, for he has given the early rain for your vindication; he has poured down for you abundant rain, the early and the latter rain, as before.

Rejoice, you people of Jerusalem! Rejoice in the Lord your God! For the rain he sends demonstrates his faithfulness. Once more the autumn rains will come, as well as the rains of spring.

Children of Zion, rejoice and be glad in the LORD your God, because he gives you the autumn rain for your vindication. He sends showers for you, both autumn and spring rain as before.

So shout for joy, you sons of Zion, And rejoice in the Lord your God; For He has given you the early rain for your vindication. And He has brought down for you the rain, The early and latter rain as before.

Be glad then, you children of Zion, And rejoice in the Lord your God; For He has given you the former rain faithfully, And He will cause the rain to come down for you— The former rain, And the latter rain in the first month.

Be glad then, ye children of Zion, and rejoice in Jehovah your God; for he giveth you the former rain in just measure, and he causeth to come down for you the rain, the former rain and the latter rain, in the first month.

Children of Zion, rejoice and be glad in the Lord your God, because He gives you the autumn rain for your vindication. He sends showers for you, both autumn and spring rain as before.

Be glad then, ye children of Zion, and rejoice in the LORD your God: for he hath given you the former rain moderately, and he will cause to come down for you the rain, the former rain, and the latter rain in the first[ month].

“ Be glad then, you children of Zion, and rejoice in Yahweh, your God; for he gives you the early rain in just measure, and he causes the rain to come down for you, the early rain and the latter rain, as before.

So be patient, brothers and sisters, until the Lord’s return. Think of how the farmer waits for the precious fruit of the ground and is patient for it until it receives the early and late rains.You also be patient and strengthen your hearts, for the Lord’s return is near.

I will give you your rains in their time so that the land will give its yield and the trees of the field will produce their fruit.

Rejoice in the Lord always. Again I say, rejoice!

So let us acknowledge him! Let us seek to acknowledge the LORD! He will come to our rescue as certainly as the appearance of the dawn, as certainly as the winter rain comes, as certainly as the spring rain that waters the land.”

Look, God is my deliverer! I will trust in him and not fear. For the LORD gives me strength and protects me; he has become my deliverer.”Joyfully you will draw water from the springs of deliverance.At that time you will say:“ Praise the LORD! Ask him for help! Publicize his mighty acts among the nations! Make it known that he is unique!Sing to the LORD, for he has done magnificent things, let this be known throughout the earth!Cry out and shout for joy, O citizens of Zion, for the Holy One of Israel acts mightily among you!”

then he promises,“ I will send rain for your land in its season, the autumn and the spring rains, so that you may gather in your grain, new wine, and olive oil.

Let Israel rejoice in their Creator! Let the people of Zion delight in their king!

You will winnow them and the wind will blow them away; the wind will scatter them. You will rejoice in the LORD; you will boast in the Holy One of Israel.

Ask the LORD for rain in the season of the late spring rains– the LORD who causes thunderstorms– and he will give everyone showers of rain and green growth in the field.

When the fig tree does not bud, and there are no grapes on the vines; when the olive trees do not produce, and the fields yield no crops; when the sheep disappear from the pen, and there are no cattle in the stalls,I will rejoice because of the LORD; I will be happy because of the God who delivers me!

Finally, my brothers and sisters, rejoice in the Lord! To write this again is no trouble to me, and it is a safeguard for you.

The LORD will open for you his good treasure house, the heavens, to give you rain for the land in its season and to bless all you do; you will lend to many nations but you will not borrow from any.

The Ephraimites will be like warriors and will rejoice as if they had drunk wine. Their children will see it and rejoice; they will celebrate in the things of the LORD.

My teaching will drop like the rain, my sayings will drip like the dew, as rain drops upon the grass, and showers upon new growth.

Rejoice in the LORD and be happy, you who are godly! Shout for joy, all you who are morally upright!You godly ones, shout for joy because of the LORD! It is appropriate for the morally upright to offer him praise.

Shout for joy, Daughter Zion! Shout out, Israel! Be happy and boast with all your heart, Daughter Jerusalem!The LORD has removed the judgment against you; he has turned back your enemy. Israel’s king, the LORD, is in your midst! You no longer need to fear disaster.On that day they will say to Jerusalem,“ Don’t be afraid, Zion! Your hands must not be paralyzed from panic!The LORD your God is in your midst; he is a warrior who can deliver. He takes great delight in you; he renews you by his love; he shouts for joy over you.”

For we are the circumcision, the ones who worship by the Spirit of God, exult in Christ Jesus, and do not rely on human credentials

The LORD strengthens and protects me; I trust in him with all my heart. I am rescued and my heart is full of joy; I will sing to him in gratitude.

He will water the seed you plant in the ground, and the ground will produce crops in abundance. At that time your cattle will graze in wide pastures.

( 3: 1) After all of this I will pour out my Spirit on all kinds of people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy. Your elderly will have revelatory dreams; your young men will see prophetic visions.Even on male and female servants I will pour out my Spirit in those days.

That is why the rains have been withheld, and the spring rains have not come. Yet in spite of this you are obstinate as a prostitute. You refuse to be ashamed of what you have done.

They do not say to themselves,“ Let us revere the LORD our God. It is he who gives us the autumn rains and the spring rains at the proper time. It is he who assures us of the regular weeks of harvest.”

But the Jerusalem above is free, and she is our mother.For it is written:“ Rejoice, O barren woman who does not bear children; break forth and shout, you who have no birth pains, because the children of the desolate woman are more numerous than those of the woman who has a husband.”

Come! Let’s sing for joy to the LORD! Let’s shout out praises to our protector who delivers us!Let’s enter his presence with thanksgiving! Let’s shout out to him in celebration!For the LORD is a great God, a great king who is superior to all gods.

If there is an angel beside him, one mediator out of a thousand, to tell a person what constitutes his uprightness;

You will hear a word spoken behind you, saying,“ This is the correct way, walk in it,” whether you are heading to the right or the left.

May my thoughts be pleasing to him! I will rejoice in the LORD.

And Mary said,“ My soul exalts the Lord,and my spirit has begun to rejoice in God my Savior,

“ I withheld rain from you three months before the harvest. I gave rain to one city, but not to another. One field would get rain, but the field that received no rain dried up.

I will greatly rejoice in the LORD; I will be overjoyed because of my God. For he clothes me in garments of deliverance; he puts on me a robe symbolizing vindication. I look like a bridegroom when he wears a turban as a priest would; I look like a bride when she puts on her jewelry.

Rejoice greatly, daughter of Zion! Shout, daughter of Jerusalem! Look! Your king is coming to you: he is legitimate and victorious, humble and riding on a donkey– on a young donkey, the foal of a female donkey.

In the light of the king’s face there is life, and his favor is like the clouds of the spring rain.

The precious sons of Zion were worth their weight in gold– Alas!– but now they are treated like broken clay pots, made by a potter.ג( Gimel)

He will descend like rain on the mown grass, like showers that drench the earth.During his days the godly will flourish; peace will prevail as long as the moon remains in the sky.

Therefore it says,“ When he ascended on high he captured captives; he gave gifts to men.”Now what is the meaning of“ he ascended,” except that he also descended to the lower regions, namely, the earth?He, the very one who descended, is also the one who ascended above all the heavens, in order to fill all things.It was he who gave some as apostles, some as prophets, some as evangelists, and some as pastors and teachers,

I will bend Judah as my bow; I will load the bow with Ephraim, my arrow! I will stir up your sons, Zion, against yours, Greece, and I will make you, Zion, like a warrior’s sword.
