「我用熱風和黴災擊打你們，叫蝗蟲吞噬你們田園中的菜蔬、葡萄樹、無花果樹和橄欖樹。儘管如此，你們仍不歸向我。這是耶和華說的。

祂擊倒他們的葡萄樹和無花果樹，摧毀他們境內的樹木。

葡萄樹枯萎，新酒停產，歡樂的人都發出悲歎。

我要徹底滅絕他們。葡萄樹必沒有葡萄，無花果樹必沒有果子，樹葉也要枯乾，我所賜給他們的都要被奪走。這是耶和華說的。」
