So joy and rejoicing are removed From the fruitful field, and from the land of Moab. And I have eliminated the wine from the wine presses; No one will tread them with shouting, The shouting will not be shouts of joy.

And I called for a drought on the land, on the mountains, on the grain, on the new wine, on the oil, on what the ground produces, on mankind, on cattle, and on all the products of the labor of your hands.”

The earth will be completely laid waste and completely plundered, for the Lord has spoken this word.The earth dries up and crumbles away, the mainland dries out and crumbles away, the exalted of the people of the earth dwindle.
