肥田和摩押地的欢喜快乐都被夺去；我使酒榨的酒绝流，无人踹酒欢呼；那欢呼却变为仇敌的呐喊。

在街上因酒有悲叹的声音；一切喜乐变为昏暗；地上的欢乐归于无有。

这地悲哀，通国的青草枯干，要到几时呢？因其上居民的恶行，牲畜和飞鸟都灭绝了。他们曾说：“他看不见我们的结局。”

葡萄树枯干；无花果树衰残。石榴树、棕树、苹果树，连田野一切的树木也都枯干；众人的喜乐尽都消灭。

我命干旱临到地土、山冈、五谷、新酒，和油，并地上的出产、人民、牲畜，以及人手一切劳碌得来的。”

地必全然空虚，尽都荒凉；因为这话是耶和华说的。地上悲哀衰残，世界败落衰残；地上居高位的人也败落了。
