种子在土里腐烂，五谷干死，仓库荒废，谷仓被拆毁。牲畜哀鸣，牛群因找不到草场而四处乱窜，羊群也受苦。耶和华啊，我向你呼求，因为火焰吞灭了旷野的草场，烈火烧光了田野的树木。田野的走兽向你呼求，因为溪水已经枯干，火也烧尽了旷野的草场。

摩押的沃土上再没有欢喜快乐的声音。我使榨酒池不出酒，再没有踩踏葡萄的欢呼声，欢呼被呐喊取代。

人们因无酒而在街上喊叫；一切欢乐变作哀愁，地上喜乐不复存在。

大地哀恸、田野的植物枯槁要到何时呢？由于这地方居民的罪恶，野兽和飞鸟都灭绝了。他们说：“上帝看不见我们的行为。”

葡萄树枯死，无花果树凋残，石榴树、棕树、苹果树等田野的一切树木枯干。人间的欢乐消逝了。

我让旱灾临到大地、群山、五谷、葡萄、橄榄等地里的出产以及人畜，使你们一切的劳碌付诸东流。’”

大地必完全毁坏，一片荒凉。这是耶和华说的。大地必衰残枯干，世界必衰败荒凉，世上的权贵也必败落。
