『上帝必不轉消他的怒氣；拉哈龍的助手也俯首於他以下。

上帝不回厥怒、助拉哈伯者、屈伏於其下、

其怒未息、強者慴之。

天主若不息怒、助拉哈伯者助拉哈伯者或作逞驕傲者必屈服其下、

God does not restrain his anger; even the cohorts of Rahab cowered at his feet.

God doesn’t hold back his anger. Even the helpers of the sea monster Rahab bowed in fear at his feet.

God will not withdraw His anger, The allies of the proud lie prostrate beneath Him.

God does not hold back His anger; Rahab’s assistants cringe in fear beneath Him!

[ If] God will not withdraw his anger, the proud helpers do stoop under him.

God does not restrain his anger; under him the helpers of Rahab lie crushed.

For Egypt helps in vain, and to no purpose; therefore I have called her Rahab who sits still.

He stirs up the sea with his power, and by his understanding he strikes through Rahab.

You have broken Rahab in pieces, like one of the slain. You have scattered your enemies with your mighty arm.

Awake, awake, put on strength, arm of Yahweh! Awake, as in the days of old, the generations of ancient times. Isn’t it you who cut Rahab in pieces, who pierced the monster?

But he gives more grace. Therefore it says,“ God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble.”Be subject therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.

Yet he also is wise, and will bring disaster, and will not call back his words, but will arise against the house of the evildoers, and against the help of those who work iniquity.Now the Egyptians are men, and not God; and their horses flesh, and not spirit. When Yahweh stretches out his hand, both he who helps shall stumble, and he who is helped shall fall, and they all shall be consumed together.

Or do you have an arm like God? Can you thunder with a voice like him?“ Now deck yourself with excellency and dignity. Array yourself with honor and majesty.Pour out the fury of your anger. Look at everyone who is proud, and bring him low.
