如爾清潔正直、則天主必眷顧爾、使爾有德之家、得享平康、

if you are pure and upright, even now he will rouse himself on your behalf and restore you to your prosperous state.

Be pure and honest. And he will rise up and help you now. He’ll give you everything you had before.

if you are pure and upright, surely then he will rouse himself for you and restore your rightful habitation.

and if you are pure and live with integrity, he will surely rise up and restore your happy home.

And by this we will know that we are of the truth and will convince our conscience in his presence,that if our conscience condemns us, that God is greater than our conscience and knows all things.Dear friends, if our conscience does not condemn us, we have confidence in the presence of God,and whatever we ask we receive from him, because we keep his commandments and do the things that are pleasing to him.

Stand up angrily, LORD! Rise up with raging fury against my enemies! Wake up for my sake and execute the judgment you have decreed for them!

The LORD abhors the sacrifices of the wicked, but the prayer of the upright pleases him.

Tell the innocent it will go well with them, for they will be rewarded for what they have done.

Though I have done nothing wrong, they are anxious to attack. Spring into action and help me! Take notice of me!You, O LORD God, the invincible warrior, the God of Israel, rouse yourself and punish all the nations! Have no mercy on any treacherous evildoers!( Selah)

I hate the mob of evil men, and do not associate with the wicked.I maintain a pure lifestyle, so I can appear before your altar, O LORD,

Wake up! Wake up! Clothe yourself with strength, O arm of the LORD! Wake up as in former times, as in antiquity! Did you not smash the Proud One? Did you not wound the sea monster?

although there is no violence in my hands and my prayer is pure.

When you spread out your hands in prayer, I look the other way; when you offer your many prayers, I do not listen, because your hands are covered with blood.

Is not your piety your confidence, and your blameless ways your hope?Call to mind now: Who, being innocent, ever perished? And where were upright people ever destroyed?

And you will know that your home will be secure, and when you inspect your domains, you will not be missing anything.

If you return to the Almighty, you will be built up; if you remove wicked behavior far from your tent,and throw your gold in the dust– your gold of Ophir among the rocks in the ravines–then the Almighty himself will be your gold, and the choicest silver for you.Surely then you will delight yourself in the Almighty, and will lift up your face toward God.You will pray to him and he will hear you, and you will fulfill your vows to him.Whatever you decide on a matter, it will be established for you, and light will shine on your ways.When people are brought low and you say‘ Lift them up!’ then he will save the downcast;he will deliver even someone who is not innocent, who will escape through the cleanness of your hands.”

So I want the men to pray in every place, lifting up holy hands without anger or dispute.

Rouse yourself! Why do you sleep, O Lord? Wake up! Do not reject us forever!

So they say to God,‘ Turn away from us! We do not want to know your ways.Who is the Almighty, that we should serve him? What would we gain if we were to pray to him?’

So the LORD said to Satan,“ Have you considered my servant Job? There is no one like him on the earth, a pure and upright man, one who fears God and turns away from evil.”
