If you want to seek God diligently, make your supplication to the Almighty.

你若殷勤地寻求神，向全能者恳求；

你若切切寻求上帝，向全能者恳求；

你若切切寻求神，向全能者恳求；

但你若寻求上帝，向全能者恳求；

你若殷勤寻求神，向全能者恳求；

你若殷勤地尋求神，向全能者懇求；

你若切切尋求上帝，向全能者懇求；

你若切切尋求神，向全能者懇求；

但你若尋求上帝，向全能者懇求；

你若殷勤尋求神，向全能者懇求；

你若迫切尋求上帝，而向全能者懇求；

爾若勤求上帝、祈於全能者、

如爾勤求上帝、乞恩於全能之主、

爾若尋求天主、向全能之主祈恩、

But if you will seek God earnestly and plead with the Almighty,

But seek God with all your heart. Make your appeal to the Mighty One.

If you will seek God and plead with the Almighty for mercy,

But if you pray to God and seek the favor of the Almighty,

But if you earnestly seek God and ask the Almighty for mercy,

If you will search for God And implore the compassion of the Almighty,

If you would earnestly seek God And make your supplication to the Almighty,

If thou wouldest seek diligently unto God, And make thy supplication to the Almighty;

But if you earnestly seek God and ask the Almighty for mercy,

If thou wouldest seek unto God betimes, and make thy supplication to the Almighty;

But if you will look to God, and make your supplication to the Almighty,

“ If you set your heart aright, stretch out your hands toward him.

Be subject therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners. Purify your hearts, you double- minded.Lament, mourn, and weep. Let your laughter be turned to mourning, and your joy to gloom.Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he will exalt you.

Therefore, even as the Holy Spirit says,“ Today if you will hear his voice,don’t harden your hearts, as in the rebellion, like as in the day of the trial in the wilderness,

“ Ask, and it will be given you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened for you.For everyone who asks receives. He who seeks finds. To him who knocks it will be opened.

“ But as for me, I would seek God. I would commit my cause to God,

Seek Yahweh while he may be found. Call on him while he is near.Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts. Let him return to Yahweh, and he will have mercy on him, to our God, for he will freely pardon.

“ Acquaint yourself with him, now, and be at peace. By it, good will come to you.Please receive instruction from his mouth, and lay up his words in your heart.If you return to the Almighty, you will be built up, if you put away unrighteousness far from your tents.Lay your treasure in the dust, the gold of Ophir among the stones of the brooks.The Almighty will be your treasure, and precious silver to you.For then you will delight yourself in the Almighty, and will lift up your face to God.You will make your prayer to him, and he will hear you. You will pay your vows.You will also decree a thing, and it will be established to you. Light will shine on your ways.When they cast down, you will say,‘ be lifted up.’ He will save the humble person.He will even deliver him who is not innocent. Yes, he will be delivered through the cleanness of your hands.”

When he was in distress, he begged Yahweh his God, and humbled himself greatly before the God of his fathers.He prayed to him; and he was entreated by him, and heard his supplication, and brought him again to Jerusalem into his kingdom. Then Manasseh knew that Yahweh was God.
