我因哀歎心力交瘁，夜夜哭泣，淚漂床榻，濕透被褥。

「困苦不堪、飽經風雨、得不著安慰的城啊，我要以彩石作你的地基，用藍寶石來建造你，

他們說黑夜是白晝，聲稱黑暗就是光明。

我一心等候耶和華，比守夜的盼望天明還要迫切，比守夜的盼望天明還要迫切。

夜間我的骨頭刺痛，如被啃噬，無休無止。

我像黃昏的日影一樣消逝，如蝗蟲一般被抖落。
