鑒察人者、我即有罪、於爾何涉、曷以我為的、使我視己為重負、

爾為上主、鑒察人心、即我犯罪、何虧於爾、曷擊我、使我不樂其生。

If I have sinned, what have I done to you, you who see everything we do? Why have you made me your target? Have I become a burden to you?

他张弓将我当作箭靶子。

我未曾吃饭就发出叹息；我唉哼的声音涌出如水。

你的公义好像高山；你的判断如同深渊。耶和华啊，人民、牲畜，你都救护。

“我不禁止我口；我灵愁苦，要发出言语；我心苦恼，要吐露哀情。我对神说：我岂是洋海，岂是大鱼，你竟防守我呢？

他在人前歌唱说：‘我犯了罪，颠倒是非，这竟与我无益。

因全能者的箭射入我身；其毒，我的灵喝尽了；神的惊吓摆阵攻击我。

‘我是清洁无过的，我是无辜的；在我里面也没有罪孽。

你若犯罪，能使神受何害呢？你的过犯加增，能使神受何损呢？

耶和华万军之神啊，你向你百姓的祷告发怒，要到几时呢？

但如今你数点我的脚步，岂不窥察我的罪过吗？

“你，惟独你是耶和华！你造了天和天上的天，并天上的万象，地和地上的万物，海和海中所有的；这一切都是你所保存的。天军也都敬拜你。

我素来安逸，他折断我，掐住我的颈项，把我摔碎，又立我为他的箭靶子。他的弓箭手四面围绕我；他破裂我的肺腑，并不留情，把我的胆倾倒在地上，将我破裂又破裂，如同勇士向我直闯。

你按罪状刑罚我，又使我担当幼年的罪孽；

我若像亚当遮掩我的过犯，将罪孽藏在怀中；

你的罪恶岂不是大吗？你的罪孽也没有穷尽；

你必使他们转背逃跑，向他们的脸搭箭在弦。

我必被你定为有罪，我何必徒然劳苦呢？我若用雪水洗身，用碱洁净我的手，你还要扔我在坑里，我的衣服都憎恶我。
