牠脖子上寓有力氣；在牠面前總有狼狽驚恐蹦跳着。

頸項有力、在於其前、無不驚躍、

項有力、人盡畏、

其項有力、凡至其前者、皆驚懼逃遁、

Strength resides in its neck; dismay goes before it.

Its neck is very strong. People run to get out of its way.

In his neck abides strength, and terror dances before him.

“ The tremendous strength in Leviathan’s neck strikes terror wherever it goes.

There is strength in his neck. Terror dances before him.

Shall I ransom them from the power of Sheol? Shall I redeem them from death? Death, where are your thorns? Sheol, where is your sting? Compassion will be hidden from My sight.

Where, O Death, is your victory? Where, O Death, is your sting?”The sting of death is sin, and the power of sin is the Law;but thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.

Behold, his strength in his waist, And his power in the muscles of his belly.
