“ If someone ventures to talk with you, will you be grieved? But who can withhold himself from speaking?

“人若想与你说话，你就厌烦吗？但谁能忍住不说呢？

“若有人向你进言，你会厌烦吗？可是，谁能忍住不说呢？

“人若对你说一句话，你就厌烦吗？但谁又忍得住不说话呢？

人若想與你說話，你就厭煩嗎？但誰能忍住不說呢？

「人想與你說話，你就厭煩嗎？但誰能忍住不發言呢？

「人想與你說話，你就厭煩嗎？但誰能忍住不發言呢？

「若有人向你進言，你會厭煩嗎？可是，誰能忍住不說呢？

“人若對你說一句話，你就厭煩嗎？但誰又忍得住不說話呢？

『冒昧試要跟你說話、你耐不住麼？但抑制着不說、誰能夠呢？

人若試與爾言、爾厭之乎、然誰能自禁不言耶、

我欲與爾言、恐爾厭聞、然不得不言、

若敢與爾言、恐爾厭煩、然誰能含忍不語乎、

“ If someone ventures a word with you, will you be impatient? But who can keep from speaking?

“ Job, suppose someone tries to talk to you. Will that make you uneasy? I can’t keep from speaking up.

“ If one ventures a word with you, will you be impatient? Yet who can keep from speaking?

“ Will you be patient and let me say a word? For who could keep from speaking out?

Should anyone try to speak with you when you are exhausted? Yet who can keep from speaking?

“ If one ventures a word with you, will you become impatient? But who can refrain from speaking?

“ If one attempts a word with you, will you become weary? But who can withhold himself from speaking?

If one assay to commune with thee, wilt thou be grieved? But who can withhold himself from speaking?

Should anyone try to speak with you when you are exhausted? Yet who can keep from speaking?

[ If] we assay to commune with thee, wilt thou be grieved? but who can withhold himself from speaking?

“ If someone should attempt a word with you, will you be impatient? But who can refrain from speaking?

For I am full of words. The spirit within me constrains me.Behold, my breast is as wine which has no vent; like new wineskins it is ready to burst.I will speak, that I may be refreshed. I will open my lips and answer.

for we can’t help telling the things which we saw and heard.”

If I say, I will not make mention of him, or speak any more in his name, then there is in my heart as it were a burning fire shut up in my bones. I am weary with holding it in. I can’t.

For out of much affliction and anguish of heart I wrote to you with many tears, not that you should be made to grieve, but that you might know the love that I have so abundantly for you.But if any has caused sorrow, he has caused sorrow, not to me, but in part( that I not press too heavily) to you all.This punishment which was inflicted by the many is sufficient for such a one;

Therefore I am full of Yahweh’s wrath. I am weary with holding it in.“ Pour it out on the children in the street, and on the assembly of young men together; for even the husband with the wife will be taken, the aged with him who is full of days.

For though I grieved you with my letter, I do not regret it, though I did regret it. For I see that my letter made you grieve, though just for a while.I now rejoice, not that you were grieved, but that you were grieved to repentance. For you were grieved in a godly way, that you might suffer loss by us in nothing.For godly sorrow produces repentance to salvation, which brings no regret. But the sorrow of the world produces death.
