A spirit glided past my face, and the hair on my body stood on end.

Then the king’s countenance was changed in him, and his thoughts troubled him; and the joints of his loins were loosed, and his knees smote one against another.

And when the disciples saw him walking on the sea, they were troubled, saying, It is a ghost; and they cried out for fear.

and they shall be dismayed; pangs and sorrows shall take hold of them; they shall be in pain as a woman in travail: they shall look in amazement one at another; their faces shall be faces of flame.

Who maketh winds his messengers; Flames of fire his ministers;

Therefore are my loins filled with anguish; pangs have taken hold upon me, as the pangs of a woman in travail: I am pained so that I cannot hear; I am dismayed so that I cannot see.My heart fluttereth, horror hath affrighted me; the twilight that I desired hath been turned into trembling unto me.

And of the angels he saith, Who maketh his angels winds, And his ministers a flame of fire:

Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth to do service for the sake of them that shall inherit salvation?

But they were terrified and affrighted, and supposed that they beheld a spirit.And he said unto them, Why are ye troubled? and wherefore do questionings arise in your heart?See my hands and my feet, that it is I myself: handle me, and see; for a spirit hath not flesh and bones, as ye behold me having.
