狮子在洞中蹲伏，在藏身之处躺卧埋伏的时候，

母獅子在洞中蹲伏，少壯獅子在隱密處埋伏；你能為牠們抓取食物，使牠們飽足嗎？

「你能為母獅抓取獵物，使少壯的獅子飽足嗎？

「你能為母獅抓取獵物，使少壯的獅子飽足嗎？

「獅子臥在洞中，壯獅埋伏在隱秘處，你能為牠們獵取食物，使牠們飽餐嗎？

獅子在洞中蹲伏，在藏身之處躺臥埋伏的時候，

『獅子在洞窟中蹲伏着，在矮林叢中躺臥埋伏着，你能為母獅獵取可抓撕之物，使少壯獅子食慾滿足麼？

牝獅稚獅、伏於窟穴、藏於叢林、爾能為之覓食、以充其飢乎、

牝獅稚獅、伏於巖穴、藏於林藪、爾能為之覓食、以充其饑乎。

牝獅小獅、藏於穴、伏於林、爾能為之覓食、以充其飢乎、

The lions roar for their prey and seek their food from God.

The lions may roar and growl, yet the teeth of the great lions are broken.The lion perishes for lack of prey, and the cubs of the lioness are scattered.

The eyes of all look to you, and you give them their food at the proper time.You open your hand and satisfy the desires of every living thing.

The lions may grow weak and hungry, but those who seek the Lord lack no good thing.
