That it might take hold of the ends of the earth, And the wicked be shaken out of it?

叫这光普照地的四极，将恶人从其中驱逐出来吗？

抓住地的四极，把恶人从其中驱逐出来吗？

抓住地的四极，把恶人从其中驱逐出来吗？

使阳光普照大地，抖出藏匿的恶人？

叫这光照遍大地的四极，把恶人从那里抖掉呢？

叫這光普照地的四極，將惡人從其中驅逐出來嗎？

抓住地的四極，把惡人從其中驅逐出來嗎？

抓住地的四極，把惡人從其中驅逐出來嗎？

使陽光普照大地，抖出藏匿的惡人？

叫這光照遍大地的四極，把惡人從那裡抖掉呢？

叫亮光抓住地的四角，將惡人抖掉呢？

俾光燭照四極、驅逐惡人、

地之四極、輝光既布、宵小匿跡、

曾命光明普照地之四極、使地上惡人咸藏匿乎、

that it might take the earth by the edges and shake the wicked out of it?

The daylight takes the earth by its edges as if it were a blanket. Then it shakes sinful people out of it.

that it might take hold of the skirts of the earth, and the wicked be shaken out of it?

Have you made daylight spread to the ends of the earth, to bring an end to the night’s wickedness?

so it may seize the edges of the earth and shake the wicked out of it?

So that it would take hold of the ends of the earth, And the wicked would be shaken off from it?

Let sinners be consumed out of the earth. And let the wicked be no more. Bless Jehovah, O my soul. Praise ye Jehovah.

Their line is gone out through all the earth, And their words to the end of the world. These are of them that rebel against the light; They know not the ways thereof, Nor abide in the paths thereof.The murderer riseth with the light; He killeth the poor and needy; And in the night he is as a thief.The eye also of the adulterer waiteth for the twilight, Saying, No eye shall see me: And he disguiseth his face.In the dark they dig through houses: They shut themselves up in the day- time; They know not the light.For the morning is to all of them as thick darkness; For they know the terrors of the thick darkness.
