Can you use them to regulate the earth?“ Can you shout to the clouds and make it rain?Can you make lightning appear and cause it to strike as you direct?Who gives intuition to the heart and instinct to the mind?Who is wise enough to count all the clouds? Who can tilt the water jars of heavenwhen the parched ground is dry and the soil has hardened into clods?“ Can you stalk prey for a lioness and satisfy the young lions’ appetitesas they lie in their dens or crouch in the thicket?Who provides food for the ravens when their young cry out to God and wander about in hunger?

for he looks throughout the whole earth and sees everything under the heavens.He decided how hard the winds should blow and how much rain should fall.He made the laws for the rain and laid out a path for the lightning.Then he saw wisdom and evaluated it. He set it in place and examined it thoroughly.

Look up into the heavens. Who created all the stars? He brings them out like an army, one after another, calling each by its name. Because of his great power and incomparable strength, not a single one is missing.
