By the breath of God frost is given: and the breadth of the waters is straitened.

神嘘气成冰；宽阔之水也都凝结。

大風起而堅冰至、巨川凝結。

天主噓氣有寒冰、使廣流之水、皆被禁遏、使廣流之水皆被禁遏或作使廣流之水凝結如堅物
