Look at these wicked people— enjoying a life of ease while their riches multiply.Did I keep my heart pure for nothing? Did I keep myself innocent for no reason?I get nothing but trouble all day long; every morning brings me pain.If I had really spoken this way to others, I would have been a traitor to your people.

Wisdom will save you from evil people, from those whose words are twisted.

But Job replied,“ You talk like a foolish woman. Should we accept only good things from the hand of God and never anything bad?” So in all this, Job said nothing wrong.

Don’t do as the wicked do, and don’t follow the path of evildoers.

Your sins are telling your mouth what to say. Your words are based on clever deception.

Should I remain silent while you babble on? When you mock God, shouldn’t someone make you ashamed?
