“我立扫罗为王，我感到遗憾，因为他转去不跟从我，不遵守我的命令。”撒母耳就很生气，终夜哀求耶和华。

他们在宴席上弹琴，鼓瑟，击鼓，吹笛，饮酒，却不留意耶和华的作为，也不留心他手所做的。

我们却不是退缩以致沉沦的那等人，而是有信心以致得生命的人。

但保罗认为不宜带他去，因为马可从前在旁非利亚离开他们，不和他们一起工作。

因为底马贪爱现今的世界，已经离弃我，往帖撒罗尼迦去了；革勒士往加拉太去；提多往挞马太去；

并那些转去不跟从耶和华，不寻求耶和华，也不求问他的。”

“现在，你们心里要想一想，从今日起，耶和华的殿还没有一块石头放在石头上的情况。那时你们怎么了？有人来到二十斗的谷堆那里，却只得了十斗；有人来到酒池那里要取五十桶，却只得了二十桶。我以焚风、霉烂、冰雹攻击你们，和你们手上的各样工作，你们仍不归向我。这是耶和华说的。你们心里要想一想，从今日起，就是从这九月二十四日起，从立耶和华殿根基的日子起，你们心里想一想：仓里还有谷种吗？葡萄树、无花果树、石榴树、橄榄树虽没有结果子，从今日起，我必赐福。”

因为他们恨恶知识，选择不敬畏耶和华，不听我的劝戒，藐视我一切的责备，

凡有智慧的必在这些事上留心，他必思想耶和华的慈爱。

至于那偏行弯曲道路的人，耶和华必将他们和作恶的人一同驱逐出去。愿平安归于以色列！

在那日，人在屋顶上，东西在屋里，不要下来拿；人在田里，也不要回家。你们想想罗得的妻子吧！
