“ Be angry, and do not sin”: do not let the sun go down on your wrath,

“ As God lives, who has taken away my justice, And the Almighty, who has made my soul bitter,

And when He had looked around at them with anger, being grieved by the hardness of their hearts, He said to the man,“ Stretch out your hand.” And he stretched it out, and his hand was restored as whole as the other.

Because zeal for Your house has eaten me up, And the reproaches of those who reproach You have fallen on me.

“ For Job has said,‘ I am righteous, But God has taken away my justice;Should I lie concerning my right? My wound is incurable, though I am without transgression.’

Does it seem good to You that You should oppress, That You should despise the work of Your hands, And smile on the counsel of the wicked?

Should one who hates justice govern? Will you condemn Him who is most just?Is it fitting to say to a king,‘ You are worthless,’ And to nobles,‘ You are wicked’?

But You have become cruel to me; With the strength of Your hand You oppose me.
