我里面像盛满了酒，却没有出口，又如将要破裂的新酒袋。

我里面如盛酒的囊，没有出气的地方，又如新酒袋，快要破裂。

盛新酒於革囊、不開必裂、我腹亦覺如此、

My heart is like unvented wine; it is about to burst like new wineskins.

Neither is new wine put into old wineskins. If it is, the skins burst and the wine is spilled and the skins are destroyed. But new wine is put into fresh wineskins, and so both are preserved.”
