願天主以公平之權衡權我、即知我為正直、正直或作全善

let God weigh me in honest scales and he will know that I am blameless—

TEKEL; thou art weighed in the balances, and art found wanting.

Talk no more so exceeding proudly; Let not arrogancy come out of your mouth; For Jehovah is a God of knowledge, And by him actions are weighed.

Let my sentence come forth from thy presence; Let thine eyes look upon equity.Thou hast proved my heart; thou hast visited me in the night; Thou hast tried me, and findest nothing; I am purposed that my mouth shall not transgress.

Howbeit the firm foundation of God standeth, having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are his: and, Let every one that nameth the name of the Lord depart from unrighteousness.

And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

The Mighty One, God, Jehovah, the Mighty One, God, Jehovah, he knoweth; and Israel he shall know: if it be in rebellion, or if in trespass against Jehovah( save thou us not this day),

Search me, O God, and know my heart: Try me, and know my thoughts;

For Jehovah knoweth the way of the righteous; But the way of the wicked shall perish.

Judge me, O Jehovah, for I have walked in mine integrity: I have trusted also in Jehovah without wavering.

A just balance and scales are Jehovah’s; All the weights of the bag are his work.

Oh that my vexation were but weighed, And all my calamity laid in the balances!

The way of the just is uprightness: thou that art upright dost direct the path of the just.

Shall I be pure with wicked balances, and with a bag of deceitful weights?

Far be it from me that I should justify you: Till I die I will not put away mine integrity from me.My righteousness I hold fast, and will not let it go: My heart shall not reproach me so long as I live.
