I would give him an account of my every step; I would present it to him as to a ruler.)—

I’ll give that person a report of every step I take. I’ll present it to him like I would to a ruler.

For we do not have a high priest who cannot sympathize with our weaknesses, but One who has been tempted in all things just as we are, yet without sin.Therefore let’s approach the throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace for help at the time of our need.

For now You number my steps, You do not observe my sin.

If one wished to dispute with Him, He could not answer Him once in a thousand times.
