我若像亚当遮掩我的过犯，将罪孽藏在怀中；

我若像亚当遮掩自己的过犯，将罪孽藏在怀中；

我何曾像亚当一样遮掩我的过犯，将罪恶藏在怀中，

我若像亚当遮掩我的过犯，把我的罪孽藏在怀中，

我若像亞當遮掩我的過犯，將罪孽藏在懷中；

我若像亞當遮掩自己的過犯，將罪孽藏在懷中；

我若像亞當遮掩自己的過犯，將罪孽藏在懷中；

我何曾像亞當一樣遮掩我的過犯，將罪惡藏在懷中，

我若像亞當遮掩我的過犯，把我的罪孽藏在懷中，

我若像人遮掩自己的過犯，將我自己的罪孽藏於胸中，

若猶世人自掩己罪、匿惡於懷、

我不若他人、自隱其罪、不言己過。

何曾如他人如他人或作如亞當蔽我罪、隱過於懷、

if I have concealed my sin as people do, by hiding my guilt in my heart

I didn’t hide my sin as other people do. I didn’t hide my guilt in my heart.

if I have concealed my transgressions as others do by hiding my iniquity in my heart,

“ Have I tried to hide my sins like other people do, concealing my guilt in my heart?

Have I covered my transgressions as others do by hiding my iniquity in my heart

Have I covered my wrongdoings like a man, By hiding my guilt in my shirt pocket,

If I have covered my transgressions as Adam, By hiding my iniquity in my bosom,

If like Adam I have covered my transgressions, By hiding mine iniquity in my bosom,

If I covered my transgressions as Adam, by hiding mine iniquity in my bosom:

if I have covered my transgressions as men do, by hiding iniquity in my heart,

if like Adam I have covered my transgressions, by hiding my iniquity in my heart,

The one who conceals his sins will not prosper, but whoever confesses and renounces them will find mercy.

But they, like Adam, have violated the covenant; there they have betrayed Me.

Then the man replied,“ The woman You gave to be with me— she gave me some fruit from the tree, and I ate.”

“ Tell me,” Peter asked her,“ did you sell the field for this price?”“ Yes,” she said,“ for that price.”

Israel has sinned. They have violated My covenant that I appointed for them. They have taken some of what was set apart. They have stolen, deceived, and put the things with their own belongings.

Then the eyes of both of them were opened, and they knew they were naked; so they sewed fig leaves together and made loincloths for themselves.Then the man and his wife heard the sound of the Lord God walking in the garden at the time of the evening breeze, and they hid themselves from the Lord God among the trees of the garden.
