Suppose I’ve seen people dying because they didn’t have enough clothes. I’ve seen needy people who didn’t have enough to keep warm.

if I have seen anyone perish for lack of clothing, or the needy without covering,

Whenever I saw the homeless without clothes and the needy with nothing to wear,

if I have seen anyone dying for lack of clothing or a needy person without a cloak,
