But each one is tempted when he is carried away and enticed by his own lust.Then when lust has conceived, it gives birth to sin; and sin, when it has run its course, brings forth death.

For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh and the lust of the eyes and the boastful pride of life, is not from the Father, but is from the world.

but I say to you that everyone who looks at a woman with lust for her has already committed adultery with her in his heart.Now if your right eye is causing you to sin, tear it out and throw it away from you; for it is better for you to lose one of the parts of your body, than for your whole body to be thrown into hell.

Do not desire her beauty in your heart, Nor let her capture you with her eyelids.

Turn my eyes away from looking at what is worthless, And revive me in Your ways.

Let your eyes look directly ahead And let your gaze be fixed straight in front of you.
