Who has ascended into heaven, and then descended? Who has gathered up the winds in his fists? Who has bound up the waters in his cloak? Who has established all the ends of the earth? What is his name, and what is his son’s name?– if you know!
When his voice thunders, the heavenly ocean roars. He makes the clouds rise from the far-off horizons. He makes the lightning flash out in the midst of the rain. He unleashes the wind from the places where he stores it.
I will make it a wasteland; no one will prune its vines or hoe its ground, and thorns and briers will grow there. I will order the clouds not to drop any rain on it.

He mounted a winged angel and flew; he glided on the wings of the wind.He shrouded himself in darkness, in thick rain clouds.
He causes the clouds to arise from the end of the earth, makes lightning bolts accompany the rain, and brings the wind out of his storehouses.
Who can understand the spreading of the clouds, the thunderings of his pavilion?
when I made the storm clouds its garment, and thick darkness its swaddling band,
Who by wisdom can count the clouds, and who can tip over the water jars of heaven,
He loads the clouds with moisture; he scatters his lightning through the clouds. The clouds go round in circles, wheeling about according to his plans, to carry out all that he commands them over the face of the whole inhabited world.Whether it is for punishment for his land, or whether it is for mercy, he causes it to find its mark.“ Pay attention to this, Job! Stand still and consider the wonders God works.Do you know how God commands them, how he makes lightning flash in his storm cloud?Do you know about the balancing of the clouds, that wondrous activity of him who is perfect in knowledge?
