The wicked displace boundary markers. They steal a flock and provide pasture for it.

There are those who move boundary stones; they pasture flocks they have stolen.

People move their neighbor’s boundary stones. They steal their neighbor’s flocks.

Some move landmarks; they seize flocks and pasture them.

Evil people steal land by moving the boundary markers. They steal livestock and put them in their own pastures.

The wicked displace boundary markers. They steal a flock and provide pasture for it.

People remove landmarks; They seize and devour flocks.

“ Some remove landmarks; They seize flocks violently and feed on them;

There are that remove the landmarks; They violently take away flocks, and feed them.

“ You must not move your neighbor’s boundary marker, established at the start in the inheritance you will receive in the land the Lord your God is giving you to possess.

Don’t move an ancient boundary marker, and don’t encroach on the fields of the fatherless,

The princes of Judah are like those who move boundary markers; I will pour out My fury on them like water.

The hungry consume his harvest, even taking it out of the thorns. The thirsty pant for his children’s wealth.

That messenger was still speaking when yet another came and reported:“ The Chaldeans formed three bands, made a raid on the camels, and took them away. They struck down the servants with the sword, and I alone have escaped to tell you!”
