Why, seeing times are not hidden from the Almighty, do they that know him not see his days?

“全能者既定期罚恶，为何不使认识他的人看见那日子呢？

“为何全能者不定下期限？为何认识他的人看不到那些日子呢？

“为何全能者不定下期限？为何认识他的人看不到那些日子呢？

“全能者为何不定下审判的日期？为何信靠祂的人要空等一场？

“为什么全能者不保留赏善罚恶的时间？为什么认识他的人不能看见他的日子？

全能者既定期罰惡，為何不使認識他的人看見那日子呢？

“為甚麼全能者不保留賞善罰惡的時間？為甚麼認識他的人不能看見他的日子？

『為甚麼全能者既不將罰惡的日期貯藏着，又不使認識他的人望見那日子呢？

全能者既定鞫期、識之者何不見其日乎、

全能之主、知無不周、既定期罰惡、何不使善者見之。

凡所遇之事、所遇之事原文作時期既不能隱於全能之主、又作全能之主何不備定審鞫之期識主之人、何不得見其降罰之日、

“ Why does the Almighty not set times for judgment? Why must those who know him look in vain for such days?

“ Why doesn’t the Mighty One set a time for judging sinful people? Why do those who know him have to keep waiting for that day?

“ Why are not times of judgment kept by the Almighty, and why do those who know him never see his days?

“ Why doesn’t the Almighty bring the wicked to judgment? Why must the godly wait for him in vain?

Why does the Almighty not reserve times for judgment? Why do those who know him never see his days?

“ Why are times not stored up by the Almighty, And why do those who know Him not see His days?

“ Since times are not hidden from the Almighty, Why do those who know Him see not His days?

Why are times not laid up by the Almighty? And why do not they that know him see his days?

Why does the Almighty not reserve times for judgment? Why do those who know Him never see His days?

“ Why are times not appointed by the Almighty? Why do those who know him not see his days?

“ Why aren’t times laid up by the Almighty? Why don’t those who know him see his days?

And he said unto them, It is not for you to know the times or the seasons, which the Father hath put in his own power.

I said in mine heart, God shall judge the righteous and the wicked: for[ there is] a time there for every purpose and for every work.

Because to every purpose there is time and judgment, therefore the misery of man[ is] great upon him.For he knoweth not that which shall be: for who can tell him when it shall be?

But the heavens and the earth, which are now, by the same word are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men.But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day[ is] with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.

I returned, and saw under the sun, that the race[ is] not to the swift, nor the battle to the strong, neither yet bread to the wise, nor yet riches to men of understanding, nor yet favour to men of skill; but time and chance happeneth to them all.For man also knoweth not his time: as the fishes that are taken in an evil net, and as the birds that are caught in the snare; so[ are] the sons of men snared in an evil time, when it falleth suddenly upon them.

And they that know thy name will put their trust in thee: for thou, LORD, hast not forsaken them that seek thee.

For these be the days of vengeance, that all things which are written may be fulfilled.But woe unto them that are with child, and to them that give suck, in those days! for there shall be great distress in the land, and wrath upon this people.And they shall fall by the edge of the sword, and shall be led away captive into all nations: and Jerusalem shall be trodden down of the Gentiles, until the times of the Gentiles be fulfilled.

O continue thy lovingkindness unto them that know thee; and thy righteousness to the upright in heart.

But after thy hardness and impenitent heart treasurest up unto thyself wrath against the day of wrath and revelation of the righteous judgment of God;

Righteous[ art] thou, O LORD, when I plead with thee: yet let me talk with thee of[ thy] judgments: Wherefore doth the way of the wicked prosper?[ wherefore] are all they happy that deal very treacherously?Thou hast planted them, yea, they have taken root: they grow, yea, they bring forth fruit: thou[ art] near in their mouth, and far from their reins.But thou, O LORD, knowest me: thou hast seen me, and tried mine heart toward thee: pull them out like sheep for the slaughter, and prepare them for the day of slaughter.

Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils;

And the LORD said, Because the cry of Sodom and Gomorrah is great, and because their sin is very grievous;I will go down now, and see whether they have done altogether according to the cry of it, which is come unto me; and if not, I will know.

And the LORD said, Shall I hide from Abraham that thing which I do;

For this[ is] the day of the Lord GOD of hosts, a day of vengeance, that he may avenge him of his adversaries: and the sword shall devour, and it shall be satiate and made drunk with their blood: for the Lord GOD of hosts hath a sacrifice in the north country by the river Euphrates.

And hath made of one blood all nations of men for to dwell on all the face of the earth, and hath determined the times before appointed, and the bounds of their habitation;

For yet seven days, and I will cause it to rain upon the earth forty days and forty nights; and every living substance that I have made will I destroy from off the face of the earth.

And he changeth the times and the seasons: he removeth kings, and setteth up kings: he giveth wisdom unto the wise, and knowledge to them that know understanding:

A little one shall become a thousand, and a small one a strong nation: I the LORD will hasten it in his time.

My times[ are] in thy hand: deliver me from the hand of mine enemies, and from them that persecute me.

When I thought to know this, it[ was] too painful for me;Until I went into the sanctuary of God;[ then] understood I their end.Surely thou didst set them in slippery places: thou castedst them down into destruction.How are they[ brought] into desolation, as in a moment! they are utterly consumed with terrors.

For the day of the LORD of hosts[ shall be] upon every[ one that is] proud and lofty, and upon every[ one that is] lifted up; and he shall be brought low:

Which in his times he shall shew,[ who is] the blessed and only Potentate, the King of kings, and Lord of lords;

But of the times and the seasons, brethren, ye have no need that I write unto you.

For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark,

And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent.

And through covetousness shall they with feigned words make merchandise of you: whose judgment now of a long time lingereth not, and their damnation slumbereth not.
