Is your wickedness not abundant, And is there no end to your guilty deeds?

你豈不是罪惡深重，過犯無數？

你的邪惡不大麼？你的罪孽的確無窮無盡呀！

爾之惡、豈非大乎、爾之過、乃無窮也、

爾之罪惡甚眾、爾之過失無數。

爾之罪惡甚眾、爾之愆尤無數、

Is not your wickedness great? Are not your sins endless?

Haven’t you done many evil things? Don’t you sin again and again?

Is not your evil abundant? There is no end to your iniquities.

For your wrongdoing teaches your mouth, And you choose the language of the cunning.Your own mouth condemns you, and not I; And your own lips testify against you.

And show you the secrets of wisdom! For sound wisdom has two sides. Know then that God forgets part of your guilt.

Who can discern his errors? Acquit me of hidden faults.

For evils beyond number have surrounded me; My guilty deeds have overtaken me, so that I am not able to see; They are more numerous than the hairs of my head, And my heart has failed me.

“ Behold, I know your thoughts, And the plots you devise against me.

Let him not trust in emptiness, deceiving himself; For his reward will be emptiness.It will be accomplished before his time, And his palm branch will not be green.He will drop off his unripe grape like the vine, And will cast off his flower like the olive tree.For the company of the godless is barren, And fire consumes the tents of the corrupt.
