法老曰、誰為耶和華、使我惟命是聽、而釋以色列族乎。我不識耶和華、曷肯釋以色列族。

彼曰、崇事上帝、亦何所裨。

萬有之主耶和華曰、爾曰、供饌徒勞、何益之有、遂以跛疾斷傷之牲、獻之為祭、我耶和華豈悅納爾哉、萬有之主耶和華曰、我乃大君、列邦之人、必尊我名、浸假有偽善之人、群中尚有純全之牡羊、乃取其體不全者、獻我為祭、以輸其願、禍必不遠矣。

恐富而侈、不崇事耶和華、或貧而盜、妄發誓言。

我養斯民、使得果腹、遂驕其志、忘我弗顧、

彼乃曰、我將舌戰以勝之、口為我有、誰能主之、

離經畔道、以色列族之聖主、其名非所樂聞、

求則爾與、尋則遇之、叩門則啟之、

凡我有命、不秘藏於幽密、我豈使雅各子孫、徒然求予哉、我耶和華出言仁義、真實無妄。

爾曩所求、未托我名、今求而得之、則爾喜甚、
