他们又把尘土撒在头上，哀伤哭泣，喊着说，“‘这大城啊，真悲惨！真悲惨！所有经营航运的都因她的奢华而发了财，可是顷刻间她却沦为废墟了！’

话刚说完，众王子已经来到他们跟前放声大哭，王和臣仆也哀痛不已。

锡安的首领曾比雪纯净，比奶更白，身体比红宝石更红润，相貌美如蓝宝石。现在，他们的面目比煤炭还黑，走在街上无人认得。他们骨瘦如柴，干如枯木。

以色列人听了耶和华的天使说的话，就放声大哭，
